Bio
Chad Reed, Managing Partner at Reed Leeper, P.C., is a seasoned litigator who has spent his entire career practicing in construction and commercial litigation as well as personal injury law.
As a construction attorney, Chad has represented small corporate clients as well as Fortune 500 companies, including construction suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors and property owners. Chad has successfully litigated claims in state and federal courts throughout Georgia on matters such as defective construction, negligent design, breach of contract, payment disputes, surety bonds, delays and impacts, modifications, liens, warranties, and real estate litigation.
In 2007, Chad served as a Committee Chair on a Senate Lien Law Advisory Committee, working with senators to help draft new legislation relating to construction liens, bonds, and waivers. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Tennessee to better serve clients whose construction projects extend beyond Georgia.
As a personal injury attorney, Chad has litigated cases ranging from small fender-bender car accidents to catastrophic personal injuries stemming from medical malpractice, trucking accidents, and product liability cases. Chad has handled complex personal injury cases against doctors, hospitals, dentists, and medical suppliers often involving multiple parties, numerous experts, and lengthy courtroom proceedings. In his spare time, Chad loves spending time hunting and fishing, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs win against the Crimson Tide.
