Chad K. Reed

Partner

Chad Reed, a partner at Busch, Reed, Jones & Leeper, P.C., has spent his entire career practicing in construction and commercial litigation. He has represented small corporate clients as well as Fortune 500 companies, including construction suppliers, subcontractors, general contractors and property owners.

Chad has successfully litigated claims in state and federal courts throughout Georgia on matters such as defective construction, negligent design, breach of contract, payment disputes, surety bonds, delays and impacts, modifications, liens, warranties, and real estate litigation.

In 2007, Chad served as a Committee Chair on a Senate Lien Law Advisory Committee, working with senators to help draft new legislation relating to construction liens, bonds, and waivers. He is licensed to practice in North Carolina and Tennessee to better serve clients whose construction projects extend beyond Georgia. He is available to discuss both dispute prevention and resolution, and to aggressively pursue claims.
