Bio
Justin Phillips joined the firm in 2025 after a serving as an Assistant Chief Counsel in the Department of Homeland Security for almost six years. Prior to that, Justin served as an Assistant District Attorney in Savannah and an Assistant State Attorney in Bradenton, Florida. Justin’s experience as a trial attorney for the government helped mold him into the seasoned litigator that he is today. Justin has tried dozens of cases to verdict before a jury, presented oral argument before the Georgia Court of Appeals, and represented the Federal Government in hundreds of administrative trials. As a member of the Georgia and Florida bars, Justin has significant courtroom experience in both states.
In his free time, Justin enjoys fishing, spending time with his wife and son, and cheering on the Braves and Georgia Bulldogs.
